Mahira Khan slams people for defaming Javed Sheikh amidst kissing controversy

Despite being one film old in the Indian film industry, Pakistani actress Mahira Khan is quite a star in this country. Not just that, she creates quite a stir on social media, but sadly, for all the wrong reasons. After being a major trend and getting massively slammed for her picture with Ranbir Kapoor, the 33-year-old actress has taken over the internet, yet again.

Mahira recently attended the 17th Lux Style Awards, where she won the Best Actress award for her performance in Verna. She was presented with the prestigious laurel by veteran actor Javed Sheikh. But something about that special moment irked the netizens, as they feel that the actor’s greet to Mahira was ‘inappropriate’.

I have just woken up to such silly stuff floating around. It’s good to be aware and have an opinion but for Gods sake don’t use anything and everything to make news. Javed Sheikh of all people! He is a legend and a mentor to all of us in this industry. Would vouch for him always.
