Mom movii starcast promotion in capital

New delhi : After English Vinglish, we have missed Sridevi’s presence on screen. But, finally she’s returning to the big screen in the movie Mom.

According to a leading daily, Sridevi has begun shooting for the movie in Delhi. The film directed by debutant Ravi Udywar features the actress as a stepmom in conflict with her 18-year old daughter. The daughter will be played by a newcomer.

Even Akshaye Khanna is making a comeback with the movie. We haven’t seen Akshaye star in a movie since 2012 and it’s because of Boney Kapoor that he has agreed to star in Mom. “Sridevi’s husband Boney Kapoor who produces Mom personally requested Akshaye to make a comeback. He has a terrific role in the film,” said a source.

Apart from Sridevi and Akshaye, the movie also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui. This is the first time that all these actors will be working together.
